And Ram Dass, whose talks were the soundtrack of my spiritual awakening.  Of everyone I’ve most admired, I identify most closely with him… a fellow neurotic Jew, intensely drawn to the Dharma, on an endless spiritual journey.  


When do you feel most alive?
When, after waiting for 4 grueling days (well, maybe 4 years), I see the words “Biden Elected President” on the TV screen.  I screamed for 5 minutes!
When I am in the middle of a circle of people singing, like at our Fall Event last year.
When I am composing and arranging choral music.
When I am with a lover (it’s been a while, but I’ve been dreaming lately…)
