·        Delivered a successful mentorship circle last school year at Hoover Middle school for 20 boys before we were shut down by Covid-19.
 

·        Developed a great relationship with the SF Unified School District.
 

·        Officially become a California nonprofit organization
 

·        Expanded our scope from the SF Bay Area to all of Northern California
 

·        Recruiting our first board of directors
 

·        Raised nearly $10000 through a generous grant by the McNabb Foundation and generous community donations that have covered our initial expenses.
 

·        Have a team of 24 high quality mentors trained and ready for the 2020 school year leading 5 virtual circles in 3 schools.

 

And now we are preparing to take our organization to the next level as we rebrand from Boys to Men Bay Area to Boys to Men Mentoring Network of Northern California.
